Creation of the World Stories
(hindu creation stories)

Amongst most creation of the world stories in vogue today... the most creditable amongst world creation stories are Hindu creation stories! Primarily there is only one story in Hindu philosophy that forms core... the truth behind creation of earth... the creation of world!

The creation of the world story as enumerated in Bhagavad-Gita... the foremost of all sacred Scriptures existing on mother earth states in clear terms that the whole creation... the entire cosmos is not a creation of seven days as stipulated in sacred Bible but took not millions but billions of years to come to present stage!

Right from stage of big bang when God Almighty... the cluster of all purified souls atmans in the cosmos explodes self with a big bang ... to the stage of dissolution of cosmos (termed Pralaya in Hinduism)... all is given in the sacred Bhagavad-Gita of Hinduism in explicit details! The creation of the world story is not new to Hinduism!

The doctrine of Bhagavad-Gita was given to mankind by Lord Krishna in the battle of Mahabharata above 3600 years before now! The sages and saints of that era who gained Enlightenment (Kaivalya Jnana) in their lifetime understood the crux of cosmic life that God Almighty is the creator of all things cosmic!

The existence of God Almighty can never be disputed as is being debated by many people world over! For the simple fact that if we exist... so does God Almighty also! Our presence... the presence of a human body... the human form is insignificant compared to life of a soul Atman as the journey of life belongs to our soul atman... the spirit within and not the human form!

It is our soul atman the spirit within that has manifested the human form to work out its karma... remove dross impurities within! Our soul atman the spirit within is the absolute master and controller of human body and not vice versa. It is not within capability of human body to manifest a soul atman!

If existence of a soul atman is a proven fact of life... the existence of God Almighty can also not be disputed! If a grain of sand is an independent soul atman... the whole mound God Almighty! God Almighty is not the form of human beings... it is a source of enormous colossal cosmic energy... the combined power of all purified souls atmans in the cosmos at a given point of time!

Similar as the presence of a soul atman in the body forms the core of life... the essence of life; the Hindu creation story of the world forms core of all religious creation stories floating around the world! The creation of the world story stated in Bhagavad-Gita of Hinduism is without a parallel... in the entire history of mankind no other religion gives as descriptive narration as Bhagavad-Gita!

As per Bhagavad-Gita the essence of creation of the world story is:


Life supporting planets like mother Earth evolved as no soul Atman could purify self of its own. Every soul Atman requires a body... a medium to purify itself... cleanse itself of the dross impurities within! It is only through a body every soul Atman enacts karma. To work out its karma... remove the dross impurities within every soul Atman manifests a series of 8.4 million bodies in its lifetime!

Similar as one KG of pure gold cannot purify itself of its own and requires external mining machinery and processes for its purification... extraction, every soul Atman also requires manifesting various forms of life before reaching end goal of cosmic life... the 8.4 millionth manifestation when human beings gained enlightenment and finally salvation.

The end of cosmic journey by soul Atman occurs the moment human beings reached stage of enlightenment (kaivalya jnana). The liberation of soul Atman is never possible in any other living form. The human form is the highest manifest stage in cosmic life cycle. Only in human form every soul Atman finally regained its original lost pure prime pristine primordial form!

In the whole cosmic system there is not one life supporting planet like mother Earth! There are millions maybe billions of life supporting planets all over cosmos. All these life supporting planets would have the same age more or less but life in one life supporting planet is not supposed to contact life on other life supporting planet. This is prohibited in the cosmic system.

The world... mother Earth is not a creation of seven days as stipulated in Christianity! It is billions of years over life supporting planets like mother Earth developed. In the initial stages of life all was gaseous matter! With passage of time as temperatures all over cosmos cooled... various planets started forming!

Those planets which were conducive for life like mother Earth made souls atmans manifest life in the world! And germinated first life... the form of an amoeba (single cell formation)! This single cell formation further evolved into multi-cell formation. Thereafter the soul Atman manifested various forms of insect, plant and animal life!

Out of 8.4 million manifestations on the whole... the initial 7.3 million manifestations occur in insect, plant and animal form! The remaining 1.1 million manifestations by our soul Atman are in human form. Does this mean within 1.1 million life forms... in whatever stage human beings be... one finally reaches the cosmic end of life... the stage of enlightenment and salvation!

Yes, the cosmic truth is so! As detailed in sacred Bhagavad-Gita of Hinduism at whatever karmic stage human beings are one can in ones lifetime reach the stage of enlightenment (kaivalya jnana) and finally salvation (moksha). Travel in human form is the most pleasant experience for our soul Atman... the prime reason why our soul Atman keeps dictating to body to travel the spiritual path!

The creation of the world story to Hinduism is not new. Right from the beginning of time... from the time of Vedas the concept of formation of world... the creation of world story exists! The concept of origination of world and life in the cosmic system as detailed in Bhagavad-Gita of Hinduism has not been accepted by Christianity or Islamic Dharma!

The absolute cosmic truths can never be belied. Bhagavad-Gita is the foremost of all sacred scriptures existing on mother Earth. The doctrine of Bhagavad-Gita was given to mankind by Lord Krishna who came about 1500 years earlier to Jesus Christ and above 2000 years earlier to Prophet Mohammed... the preceptor of Islamic Dharma!

The Hinduism revelations... the sacred Vedas are the first sacred Scriptures revealed to mankind by God Almighty. The four primary Vedas... the rig Veda, Sama Veda, Yajur Veda and Atharva Veda are voluminous documents much beyond the reach of mankind... the commoners... the masses! To reduce sufferings of mankind came Lord Krishna... an avatar of his era!

And who is an avatar? As per Hinduism avatar is God manifest in human form! Lord Krishna was one and in the coming times people await coming of Bhagwan Kalki... an avatar of present era! The primary job for an avatar is to uplift Dharma (righteousness) and destroy evil forces of nature. To annihilate Kaliyuga... the evil forces of nature mankind awaits Bhagwan Kalki... a Messiah of present times!

For reaching absolute truths of life... for gaining enlightenment and salvation in present life time... traveling the path of Bhagavad-Gita is a necessity... an absolute must! No human being ever can reach the stage of enlightenment and salvation via path of Christianity, Islamic Dharma or any other religion whatsoever!

The sacred wisdom contained in Bhagavad-Gita forms the core of life. Any human being by following precepts contained in Bhagavad-Gita can reach the stage of enlightenment (kaivalya jnana) and finally salvation (moksha) in ones lifetime. Sri Ramakrishna Paramhansa... the famed spiritual master of swami Vivekananda did it and so can others.

Maharishi Ramana gained enlightenment and finally salvation in his lifetime. Path of Neti (not this, not this)... a sure shot method of reaching God in ones lifetime was preached and advocated by Maharishi Ramana emphatically. In my lifetime following teachings of Sri Ramakrishna Paramhansa and Maharishi Ramana, I finally reached stage of self realization in 1993 at 37 years of age!

The creation of world story in Christianity and Islamic Dharma is false... full of errors! The creation of the world story as put up by Hinduism... the sacred Bhagavad-Gita has withstood scrutiny of time! Lord Krishna came about 3600 years before now. Right from creation of cosmos to stage of dissolution of cosmos all is explained in Bhagavad-Gita to the minutest detail!

Belief or no belief... but for traveling path of spirituality, fathoming depth of wisdom contained in Bhagavad-Gita is necessitated... something no spiritual seeker can avoid. One can belong to any religion, faith or creed but for traveling the spiritual path... the path of unknown one need assimilating pearls of wisdom contained in sacred Bhagavad-Gita of Hinduism.

The sacred Bhagavad-Gita of Hinduism is the only document available on mother Earth knowing which human beings finally emancipate from cycle of birth and death forever... reach cosmic end of life... the 8.4 millionth manifestation! As human beings, the highest manifest stage in cosmic life cycle we have been endowed with that special power of discrimination that distinguishes us from animals.

It is this power of discrimination that makes human beings separate truth from falsehood! If one reads Bhagavad-Gita from an unbiased point of view... any human being can definitely understand... assimilate teachings contained in sacred Bhagavad-Gita of Hinduism! All the 700 shlokas... verses of Bhagavad-Gita are priceless!
