(virtues of controlling anger)


Forgiveness: All powerful God, the Creator of all beings, does he try to annihilate the ignorant beings who in the last stages of their manifestation are mired in their own World of senses. How can they be blamed for they do not know what they are doing. You have to Forgive one and all. Every individual is but a speck of dust in the vast Cosmos.

Powerful people on Mother Earth can subdue an individual by physical means and ease their anger but what of those who Realized God and reached the status of a man God. These powerful beings, would they make a mockery of those who fool around deriving pleasure out of petty things. All such poor ignorants are but to be pitied. Forgiving them is an art which few are able to practice in real Life. You need not be a sage or a saint to Forgive one. This privilege is available to one and all by the Grace of God.

Whenever in anger pray to God to Forgive all. Prayers help one in controlling your anger. You are able to develop from within only after you gain control of your senses. Anger, a very small portion of the various stresses has to be faced in Daily Life. One must learn to control anger at its root.

You see an elder shouting at youngsters, those in their formative years and still premature in their thinking. You don't shout to seek pleasure out of it. Never shout if you ever want to accomplish something worthwhile in Life. The art of Self Realization prohibits anger.

In our physical manifested World, when you anger on someone you do not known in what stage of manifestation one is. In present life one may be younger to you but in the Cosmic cycle, one may be thousands or Millions years ahead. Why incur the displeasure of any atman the soul within or God for not following the rules created by him.

The art of Forgiveness is best mastered by those who have Realized God. One must follow them closely and watch this particular trait of character controlling which they were able to realize God. If thou can Forgive one, the common masses will follow you. Divinity works within such people. They become the guide posts for the society. God never manifests, only through his beloved children, those who have Realized God does he sends his messages.

Swami Ramakrishna Paramahamsa and Ramana Mahirshi did not have an iota of anger left in them after they Realized Self. What enormous power is hidden in Forgiveness!

India regained independence and brought itself out of the clutches of the British by forgiving those who think that a nation can be dominated upon and put to slavery by brutal exercise of physical power. Mahatma Gandhi, an apostle of love and Ahimsa In present times practiced the art of Forgiveness to the hilt. To Forgive one who has committed crime after crime, how difficult it is can only be learnt when put to practice.

All the prisons world-wide are but the result of people who failed to control their anger when they most needed it. At times you must have observed that many a fight is avoided by intervention of a Saintly person, one who has learnt to control his anger.

Practice Forgiveness. Earn the Grace of God.
