If your girlfriend has taken a vow of celibacy... you must respect her privacy! Pure love demands sacrifice not sexual indulgence. Baptism is a sacrosanct ritual of Christianity. The moment she decided to become a celibate (voluntarily abstain from sexual indulgence)... let her be!

Celibacy has no relationship with baptism still; one is always free to take decisions of life. Respecting others privacy under all circumstances is what life is all about. Perhaps your girlfriend desires remaining celibate until marriage.
