Afraid of Death

Humanity primarily fears death for the fear of losing loved ones and also everything one gained in life through hard work. As a child one is full of awe for the wonderful things created by God Almighty. After graduation one settles down in life. And now starts a life of struggle... sheer hard work and perspiration to maintain family and life.

No sooner people approach the later stages of life... one starts fearing death... for everything would be snatched away in the flicker of second. All hard work going to dust... one truly fears death in the eye. What we fail to understand is... death is part of life. Unless death of the body occurs... our soul atman could not manifest another body.

It is a fact of life that our soul atman is the absolute master and controller of the body and not vice versa. It is not within the capability of the human body to manifest a soul atman. When young... everyone thinks one has control of everything. As the dawn of life appears... the truth of life bares head-on in the eye. Still, things are not comforting!

Those who travel the spiritual path... understand the underlying phenomenon! They do not fear death as much. In the cosmic system death is but changing of garment by the soul atman within... as simple as changing of guards at Buckingham Palace. From one manifestation to another our soul atman changes bodies as a student of class one changes blazer on promoting to class two.
