Attribute
of God Almighty
Lord Shiva (also
termed Shankara) in Hinduism is the most powerful attribute of God
Almighty amongst the Hindu trinity of gods albeit Lord Brahma (the
Creator), Lord Vishnu (the maintainer) and Mahesh (the destroyer).
Mahesh is also termed Lord Shiva, Shankara!
There has never
been a person like Shiva in the entire history of mankind. Lord
Shiva is only an attribute of God Almighty created by religious
teachers for the purposes of worshiping, praying to God Almighty!
There has also never existed anyone like Brahma or Vishnu.
Both King Rama
and Lord Krishna were born human beings... of which Lord Krishna
was an Avatar of his era (God manifest in human form). Lord Krishna
came about 3600 years before now and Rama another 5000 years earlier!
During the time
of King Rama wisdom was not as developed as in the times of Lord
Krishna. During the times of King Rama religion was practiced at
its best. Every single ritual that exists in Hinduism was in vogue!
The period of King Rama was the time of rituals... not gaining wisdom!
During the times
of King Rama very few people gained enlightenment. King Janaka father
of Sita in Ramayana gained enlightenment in his lifetime. Sage Yajnavalkya
was an accomplished enlightened soul and so was his wife Maitreyi.
King Rama in
his lifetime never gained enlightenment. He was an apostle of love
and fatherhood... the prime reason why King Rama is sometimes depicted
as praying to God. We never find Shankara (also termed Shiva, Mahesh)
and also Lord Krishna ever praying to God!
