Become Immortal

Almost everyone! Even though every human being knows that physical manifest life is ephemeral... prompted by a bloated ego none wants to believe that death would overtake one! People continue living life with the false hope that they are immortal!

Go to any part of the world... most people think they would continue forever. None wants to believe in death. Everyone thinks that ones karma is so excellent that it would overtake death. Living in a fool's paradise has become the order of the day.

None wants to travel the spiritual path. Prompted by a bloated ego... wanton desires and greed for materialistic riches human beings think they are born immortal.

However immortality is meant for travelers of the spiritual path. Those who gained enlightenment (kaivalya jnana) in their lifetime become immortal. Mahavira, Gautama Buddha, Jesus Christ and Prophet Mohammed... all gained enlightenment in their lifetime... became immortal!

In simpler words immortality means liberating our soul atman... the spirit within from the cycle of birth and death forever! The moment human beings reached the end of cosmic life... the 8.4 millionth manifestation... all is over for the soul atman within!

Devoid of all karma... the liberated soul atman regains its original pure prime pristine primordial form. The moment one gained enlightenment... one is said to have become immortal for there would be no further manifestations by the soul atman.

Having become pure... the need for the soul atman to manifest a body ceases to exist. The liberated soul atman after salvation (moksha) enters the abode of God... the kingdom of God (aka Vaikuntha in Hinduism). The kingdom of God Vaikuntha is a point of no return.

Bhagavad Gita of Hinduism... the foremost of all sacred scriptures existing on Mother Earth is the only scripture available in the world knowing which one gained enlightenment and salvation.
