Fruits
of Karma
The meaning
and purport of the right quotation "Karmanye vaadikaaraste
maa phaleshu kadachana" is that fruits of karma always belong
to our soul atman the spirit within that has manifested the human
form to work out its karma... remove the dross impurities within!
Similar as one
KG of pure gold sandwiched in hundred KG lump of gold ore cannot
purify itself and needs external mining machinery and processes...
our soul atman also requires going through a chain of 8.4 million
manifestations for gaining absolute purity!
The form of
human beings was meant for karma as the fruits of karma always belonged
to our soul atman the spirit within! This is how indulging in Nishakama
karma way of life king Janaka (father of Sita in Ramayana) ruled
his kingdom.
Even while carrying
out his duties as a king... king Janaka never got involved in the
day-to-day affairs of life! King Janaka was a karma Yogi par excellence...
One who finally gained enlightenment (kaivalya jnana) and salvation
(moksha) in his lifetime!
It is in the
interest of all human beings to indulge in karma... something that
is dear to our heart! Forming a goal early in life is the essence
of life. It is only when we do not have a goal in life... life seems
a burden!
For true seekers
of spirituality living life Nishakama karma way is necessitated!
By offering fruits of karma performed to God Almighty... by working
as a true trustee of God all the time... human beings finally scaled
all barriers of ephemeral life... reached the stage of enlightenment
(kaivalya jnana) and salvation (moksha) forever.
