- Levitate
Spiritually
It
is practically not possible to levitate either spiritually
or through religious means. Those who claim levitation being
feasible are believer of miracles. Miracles are never to
be. When Mahavira... the 24th Tirthankara (preceptor) of
Jainism gained enlightenment (kaivalya jnana)... an old
man from a village carrying his dead child in arms came
to him.

- Out
of Body Experience
Out
of body experience is a natural phenomenon... experienced
by every seeker of spirituality in the higher stages of
meditation. And what does out of body experience truly mean?
The moment I realized God in 1993... At 37 years of age...
out of body experiences became a day-to-day phenomenon for
me... as easy as drinking a glass of water.

- Deep
Meditation
Once
a person reaches the stage of deep intense meditation...
it announces lesser clutter in our brain. By establishing
control over the senses and the mind... human beings can
reduce the invocation of thoughts to our brain.
|
- Does
Meditation help
Meditation
is not what people world over project it to be. Meditation
is not sitting in a dark room concentrating on the center
of a dimly lit bulb. Meditation is the process, the path...
for our soul atman to merge with the greater atman... Parmatman...
God Almighty himself! The breathing process forms part of
meditation and also the Shavasana pose of yoga.

- Purpose
of Meditation
Unless
we have a goal in life... what can be the purpose of meditation?
For a seeker of spirituality meditation yoga simply is the
means... a path to reach God at the earliest. Lying in the
Shavasana pose of yoga... practicing Neti (not this, not
this) as preached and advocated by Maharishi Ramana, I finally
realized God in 1993 at 37 years of age.
