Deep
Meditation
Once a person
reaches the stage of deep intense meditation... it announces lesser
clutter in our brain. By establishing control over the senses and
the mind... human beings can reduce the invocation of thoughts to
our brain.
Lying in the
Shavasana pose of yoga... the dead pose... concentrating on the
breathing process... the inhale and exhale that must be practiced
in 3 ~ 5 or 5 ~ 8 modes... one finally increases the power of concentration.
Lesser the clutter of thoughts in the brain... better the concentration!
Meditation is
the process... the path to reach the stage of Nirvikalpa Samadhi...
the stage of nothingness when one can have a dialogue with God Almighty
on one-to-one basis. Through the correct process of meditation yoga
a spiritual seeker finally reaches the stage of enlightenment (kaivalya
jnana) and salvation (moksha).
The goal of
every form of meditation yoga is developing the power of concentration...
which is possible when we reduce the clutter in the brain. The concentration
on the breathing process removes the anxiety... reduces tensions
and furthers our goal of life.
Lying in the
Shavasana pose of yoga... practicing Neti (not this, not this) as
preached and advocated by Maharishi Ramana I finally reached the
end goal of cosmic life... the 8.4 millionth manifestation! The
experiences of the stage of Nirvikalpa Samadhi simply cannot be
expressed in words. Not a single thought enters your brain without
your permission... wow!
Through the
Shavasana pose of yoga and concentrating on breathing process I
distinctly remember having developed my power of concentration to
a limit... that glancing through a book made me feel as if I had
written the book in one of my earlier manifestations. All contents
of the book became like ABCD to me.
Practicing absolute
celibacy for a minimum period of 12 years in continuation is another
necessity. Unless we learn to transmute our sexual energies towards
a fixed goal of life... the clutter in the brain does not reduce
much. Celibacy is not about abstaining from sexual indulgence...
true celibacy is nipping in totality the flow of negative thoughts
to our brain.
Invoking only
positive thoughts all the time... putting all our energies behind
a definite goal of life... pursuing this goal of life with the bulldog
determination of Winston Churchill with all eggs in one basket is
what life is all about. Meditation yoga and practice of celibacy
go side by side.
