Levitate Spiritually

It is practically not possible to levitate either spiritually or through religious means. Those who claim levitation being feasible are believer of miracles. Miracles are never to be. When Mahavira... the 24th Tirthankara (preceptor) of Jainism gained enlightenment (kaivalya jnana)... an old man from a village carrying his dead child in arms came to him.

He only wanted Mahavira to touch him so that his dead child could live further. Mahavira rightly said, "Do not come to me for miracles... for miracles are never to be". Once the soul atman has left the body... the body becomes dead... it cannot be... can never be made alive. Mahavira never believed in so-called rituals of levitation.

And why would an enlightened one seek levitation? An enlightened one is always after reaching the end of the cosmic journey... the 8.4 millionth manifestation... and not after display of Tantric manifestations... physical attributes of life! For an enlightened one... for a seeker of spirituality... reaching the end of the journey is the prime goal of life.

Having become enlightened... there is nothing left to be displayed. Everything becomes calm from within. All karma... the dross within removes forever... the desire for display of physical manifestations ceases to exist. Those who run after physical attributes of life... never reach the stage of enlightenment.

The path of spirituality demands highest level of perfection... it has no space for any kind of visible demonstration or miracle!
