Self Introspection

True life begins when people admit their mistakes not in public but to their self. This is the only way for one to learn the intricate truths of life. However good or bad goings in life be... self assessment is what life is all about! All successful people in different walks of life develop this capability of self assessment early in life.

Unless we assess ourselves truly... we shall not be able to correct our mistakes! Most human beings in life just let life go... their life more or less is like a rudderless boat going round and round in the ocean. We firm up our resolve in life only after analyzing our mistakes! Those who fear looking at their real self... never succeed in life!

More particularly... on the spiritual path... we need assessing self at each and every stage of life! This is how we move ahead step-by-step. When 13 years of age I wanted to see and meet God in this very life. 25 years of Yoga meditation... self introspection... I finally realized God in 1993 at 37 years of age! This is my last birth... I shall attain salvation (moksha) at the end of the journey.

Reaching the stage of self realization in ones lifetime is no joke. In the last about 150 years only two people world over reached the stage of enlightenment (kaivalya jnana) and finally salvation (moksha)... Sri Ramakrishna Paramhansa and Maharishi Ramana! Self introspection is our birthright... something ordained by God Almighty exclusively to human beings!

Human beings are endowed with that special power of discrimination that distinguishes us from animals. Mounted with this power of discrimination... self introspection becomes easy! Whatever our goal of life... materialistic or spiritual... self introspection is necessitated at every stage of life! May God bless you in realizing the truth of life!
