Every soul (termed atman in Hinduism) emanates from God Almighty... the source of all life in the Cosmos. When dissolution of old cosmos occurs... the size of entire Cosmos reduces to size of half a thumb. And what is this half a thumb? As per the Sacred Bhagavad Gita of Hinduism... this half a thumb is what we call God Almighty.

The cluster of all purified souls atmans in the Cosmos at the time of dissolution of the Cosmos is what is termed God Almighty. Bhagavad Gita is explicitly clear on this point. This enormous primordial energy we call God Almighty... unable to sustain for long in its prime pure state again explodes with a big bang... giving rise to a new cosmos... a new journey of life!

Devoid of all karma... in absence of all dross impurities within... the size of the entire Cosmos reduces to the size of half a thumb. This half a thumb is the volume of all purified souls atmans in the Cosmos at the time of dissolution of the Cosmos. After big bang occurs... all hurtling purified souls' atmans in the melee gather impurities similar as a rolling ball gathers moss.

To cleanse itself of the dross impurities within... starts the journey of every soul atman... a chain of 8.4 million manifestations... an earthly life cycle of 96.4 million years! The entire journey of 96.4 million years is one single span of life for the soul atman. What value of 70 to 80 years span of human life compared to the massive cosmic span of every soul atman!

As per Bhagavad Gita it is our soul atman that has manifested the human form to work out its karma... remove the dross impurities within! It is not within the power of the human body to manifest a soul atman. The initial 7.3 million manifestations by our soul atman are in insect, plant and animal life... the remaining 1.1 million manifestations in the human form!

Journey in the human form is the most pleasant experience for our soul atman. It is only in the human form our soul atman finally liberates self from the cycle of birth and death forever... regains its original lost pure prime pristine primordial form! The human form is the highest manifest stage in the cosmic life cycle!

The moment human beings reached the stage of enlightenment (kaivalya jnana) all is over for the soul atman within. Having reached the 8.4 millionth manifestation... the last in the cosmic life cycle... the liberated soul atman finally enters the kingdom of God... the abode of God (aka Vaikuntha in Hinduism).

Amongst 1.1 million manifestations in the human form... all human beings are expected to reach stage of enlightenment at the end of journey. In the human form after the death of the body... our soul atman immediately manifests a new form based on the residual balance of karma. If matching parents are not available on Mother Earth the soul atman hibernates in heaven or hell.

In heaven if the residual balance of karma is positive and hell if negative! Heaven (termed swarga in Hinduism) exists in the core of sun where temperatures exceed millions of degrees centigrade. It is in such high temperatures our soul atman feels comfortable. Hell (termed naraka in Hinduism) exists in the periphery of sun where temperatures are considerably less.

It is in such low temperatures our soul atman suffers for eternity. As preached by religious preachers still, can we say after death of body one gains a seat in heaven? No sooner matching parents become available on Mother Earth... the hibernating soul atman immediately manifests a new body and starts a new cycle of life!

Bhagavad Gita of Hinduism is one such document knowing which one becomes knower of all... gains omniscience for all practical purposes! Enlightenment is gained by assimilating the wisdom contained in 700 shlokas (verses) of Sacred Bhagavad Gita of Hinduism! Mahavira, Gautama Buddha, Jesus Christ and Prophet Mohammed... all followed teachings of Bhagavad Gita.
