All animal forms... all insects and plants have a soul within them... exactly of the same nature as within a human being. If someone says, "It is just not possible"... then analyze the following statement and come to a conclusion of your own.

When the Cosmos got created with a big bang and all souls atmans scattered in the whole of Cosmos... there was no alternative but for these souls atmans to manifest a series of life forms to remove the dross within and come back to their pure original pristine form. It is similar to mining of a metal from the ore.

As the metal within the ore cannot separate itself and requires the requisite mining machinery and the processes... the soul atman also requires a cosmic life span of 8.4 million manifestations before it finally liberate itself from the cycle of birth and death.

Starting as an amoeba (single cell formation)... the soul atman further manifests multi-cell formation, then insect, plant and animal life. From the first manifestation as an amoeba to the last form as an animal... our soul atman passes through 7.3 million manifestations. Be it the form of a duck, horse or an elephant... all the forms of animals are interim stages in the cosmic life cycle of the soul atman.

Similar as when we are young (say 12 years of age)... we are passing through insect life. As we grow up and reach 30 years of age... we are passing through the plant life. The moment we reach 50 years of age... we have reached the animal kingdom.

Reaching 75 years of age announces one has reached the level of a human being. Simply as an old man does not criticize a child 12 years of age... we human beings have no right to criticize or dump the insect life, plant life or animal life. Every human being has passed through each and every form of insect, plant and animal life.

Does it mean that every human being was a wasp, fly, mosquito, banana tree, mango tree, zebra, kangaroo, elephant or a lion in one of the earlier manifestations... yes, it is absolute truth! Denying the presence of a soul within insects, plants and animals is denying the existence of life itself that cannot be!

Define Awareness
Awareness is being aware of the presence of a higher power... a spirit within our body! Our soul atman that resides in our heart is the real essence of life. It is our soul atman within that has manifested the body and not vice versa. We must always remain aware that the fruits of all karma performed by us always belong to our soul atman within... the ultimate governor of life!

Define Inner Self

It is not within the competence of a body to manifest a soul atman.

Define Soul
Soul is that spark of life within every human being that makes life go full circle. It is the soul that has manifested the body and never otherwise.
If people say that black man have no soul, we need not run after the literal meaning. It simply implies that black man is more ruthless in their dealings compared to others. Rather the spark of life within black human beings remains inactive because of their lowly dealings.

Soul and Death
The liberated soul shall manifest a body in the next manifestation. This new body... this new manifestation would not have any connection with the previous manifestation... unlike what happened in the case of Jesus Christ. The rising of the Jesus Christ on the third day after the crucifixion is no simple deed... such deeds can be exercised by enlightened beings alone... those who have reached the stage of salvation.

Enlightenment and Soul
To find an enlightened soul in the present Kali Yuga is extremely difficult for the only reason... the manifest phase of life we are passing through is more inclined towards wanton desires and materialistic reaches.
Imagine a situation if 24 Jesus Christ manifested today... how we would recognize the seniority... whom to pray or not!
