Inner Self innerself the true self
our soul atman the spirit within inner self...
is the real self of us... our soul atman that resides within our
heart! As long as the soul atman resides in the heart... it keeps
on beating. The moment the soul atman leaves the body... it decays
and dies! It is our inner self... our soul atman within that has
manifested the present body and not vice versa. It is not within
the competence of a body to manifest a soul atman.
To cleanse itself
of all the impurities contained within every soul atman passes through
a cosmic life cycle of 8.4 million manifestations (an earthly journey
of 96.4 million years). Starting the journey as an amoeba (single
cell formation), it further evolves into multi-cell formation, then
insect life, plant life, animal life and finally the form of a human
being. Only as a human being the soul atman within regains its original
pure pristine form! How?
When
the human being reaches the last leg of cosmic life... the 8.4 millionth manifestation...
it gains enlightenment (kaivalya jnana) and finally salvation (moksha). The soul
atman within finally liberates forever from the cycle of birth and death. Having
gained release from the cosmic life cycle... this liberated soul atman goes back
to the kingdom of God (aka Vaikuntha in Hinduism)... a point of no return! The
crux of life for every form of living being is reach the last leg of cosmic life...
the 8.4 millionth manifestation at the earliest! It is only then our soul atman
within becomes free forever from manifesting life forms again and again! In the
life of a soul atman the journey of 96.4 million earthly years is a single span
of time. On the
earthly domain after the death of the body the family weeps bereaved... in the
cosmic domain nothing ever dies... it is only changing of garment (the outer clothing)...
like the changing of guards at Buckingham Palace! Every
human being desirous of gaining enlightenment at the earliest must assimilate
the pearls of wisdom contained in the Sacred Bhagavad Gita... the doctrine given
to mankind by Lord Krishna in the battle of Mahabharata. The
Sacred Bhagavad Gita explains the real gist of life. It chronologically explains
the relationship between the body, our soul atman and God Almighty. The 700 verses
of Bhagavad Gita contain the complete mystery of life... the knower of Bhagavad
Gita finally becomes the knower of all! Essay
