Every soul moves through the cosmic life cycle of 8.4 million manifestations to remove the dross within. The initial 7.3 million manifestations are passed as insect life, plant life and animal life. In the human form we have 1.1 million manifestations.

The human form is the highest manifest stage in the cosmic life cycle of a soul atman. It is only as a human being a soul atman gains liberation forever from the cycle of birth and death.

The moment a human being gains enlightenment (kaivalya jnana)... it simply means that the complete impurities (dross within) the soul atman having been removed the soul atman finally reaches its pure pristine original form. Devoid of all impurities... every enlightened being is stated to have become a living soul.

Mahavira, Gautam Buddha, Jesus Christ and prophet Mohammed were all living souls (man gods) for they had gained enlightenment in their lifetime. No further life to manifest... a living soul becomes free to go to the kingdom of God (aka Vaikuntha in Hinduism)... a point of no return!

Every individual soul atman the moment it gains liberation from the cycle of birth and death goes to the kingdom of God. This is the end of the cosmic life cycle for an individual soul atman.
