Soulful
Life To
live more fully as body and soul... one needs to live life as lives a Hindu. To
live as a body is living the present manifestation as a human being... a life
of 70 to 80 years! To realize the existence of a soul atman within our body is
recognizing the essence of cosmic life itself.
The physical
manifest life must always be lived as lived by the people in the
West. They get up in the morning as if a new life... they go to
sleep as if they are dead!
Living day by
day is how the body is meant to live! To examine the inner domains
of life... one needs to live life as ordained in Bhagavad Gita!
At this stage we need to realize that it is our soul atman within
the body which is the master of the body. It has manifested the
body and not otherwise. If the dictates of the soul atman are followed
by the body... one definitely attains the goal of life.
Practically
most people carried by their ego suppress the promptings of the soul atman within.
This leads to disharmony between the requirements of our soul atman within and
the body. To hear the sweet small inner voice of our soul atman within... one
needs to travel the path of absolute truthfulness. It is only then the dictates
of the soul atman become audible. Living
Nishakama karma way of life is traveling the path of the soul. Always and ever
the fruits of the karma performed by the physical manifestation... the body belong
to the soul atman within. If we carry out our daily karma in the manner that the
fruits of the karma always belong to the soul atman within... we are living the
Nishakama karma way! Not getting attached to the fruits of karma is the mantra. Bhagavad
Gita... the doctrine by Lord Krishna in Mahabharata explains that every soul atman
is required to manifest a maximum of 8.4 million manifestations (an earthly journey
of 96.4 million years) before it reaches the last leg of life. It is only then
one gains enlightenment (kaivalya jnana) and finally salvation (moksha). In
brief, one who lives life with an unattached attitude lives life more fully as
body and soul. Absolute faith in God Almighty is also an essential must in the
world of souls' atmans. For every soul atman is but a minuscule form of God Almighty
present within the heart of every living being. To negate the presence of God
is negating our own presence. Essay
