Gaining Intelligence

There is no secret in becoming intelligent... gaining intelligence! Practically intelligence is gained by two processes... the bookish knowledge and experience. As one matures in life different experiences increase our level of intelligence on the earthly plane. Bookish knowledge gives us expertise in the field of our choice.

If only bookish knowledge mattered... every librarian should have become most intelligent surrounded by books all the time! It is not merely the reading of texts that matters... intelligence come when we implement the read text! Better the implementation... higher the success! Right or wrong implementation announces success or failure in life!

Bill Gates... an ordinary mortal was turned out of school on academic grounds... considered a failure! Not only had he believed in his abilities... his mother also believed in him totally. The combined faith of Bill Gates and his mother made Bill Gates what he is now. Belief in the self... the real inner self of us is the crux of life!

Bill Gates... the founder architect of Microsoft Corporation now employs the best brains in the industry. It was not mere bookish knowledge that mattered for him... it was the correct implementation of his ideas that brought him success in every endeavor of his! Apart from God it is belief in the self that matters most.

The sweet small inner voice of our soul atman that seems to come from within our heart always guides us on the right path. Those traveling the path of absolute truthfulness distinctly hear the voice of our soul atman. Guided by this voice... human beings reached the level of Mahavira, Gautama Buddha, Jesus Christ or Prophet Mohammed!

The wisdom contained in the sacred scriptures is not only meant for the spiritual path. In worldly matters also gaining wisdom from scriptures helps remove the impurities within the soul atman. As the dross within soul atman removes gradually... one gains intelligence in measures unlimited! The power of discrimination available to human beings makes it all possible!

Exercising the power of discrimination that distinguishes human beings from animals is the most vital part of gaining intelligence. It is this power of discrimination that makes human being establishing control over ones ego! Only when we suppress our ego... the voice of our soul atman becomes distinctly clear... never before!

Human beings having a bloated ego... Suppress the voice of the soul atman within unknowingly. Bogged by wanton desires and greed for materialistic riches... such people never succeed in life! They gain worldly riches but never intelligence that is crucial for reaching higher brackets in life. Intelligence practically is removing impurities within the soul atman.

As human beings become purer and purer... the faculties of the mind... the intelligence ingrained in one peaks all the time. It is like one K. G. of metal in hundred K. G. of ore... subsequently one K. G. of metal in the 80 K. G. of ore... then one K. G. of metal in 30 K. G. of ore! And when the dross completely removes... one K. G. of metal becomes absolutely pure!

Intelligence on the earthly platform is gaining wisdom from the bookish knowledge! On the spiritual platform gaining wisdom spells reduction of impurities within! Devoid of impurities within human beings finally gain the level of Mahavira, Gautama Buddha, Jesus Christ or Prophet Mohammed! One finally reaches the end of cosmic life... the 8.4 millionth manifestation!

Define Knowledge
Now I was to control the flow of thoughts from the reservoir of mind plus and mind minus. Having controlled all the five senses in entirety... controlling the flow of thoughts from the reservoir of mind was not difficult. Ultimately came a stage when only those thoughts were invoked that were desired by me. All undesirable and thoughts of negative nature were discarded outright.

Common Sense vs Wisdom
Common sense is guided by our intellect and intellect is the knowledge gained out of books and experiences. It is nowhere related to wisdom. As we proceed on the journey of life we are guided by two factors... our intellect (aka Buddhi in Hinduism) and the wisdom directly gained from God Almighty.
