Spread of Hinduism

Ever since human beings came to understood the meaning of wisdom... Hinduism reached the whole of Southeast Asia. How and why? In search of new trading grounds... traders from India (erstwhile Bharat) traveled far and wide... reaching the Straits of Malacca and establishing a good flourishing trade in the region.

The stamp of Hinduism religion is apparent in the Muslim nations of Indonesia, Malaysia and other adjoining smaller countries and states like Bali... Java! King Rama and Hanuman is vehemently worshiped in most areas of these countries. The prime reason why Hinduism is worshipped in these Muslim states is because of its universal appeal!

Before the onset of Hinduism religion in these areas and world over... mankind survived the rigors of day-to-day life with the help of Dharma (the inbuilt doctrine of righteousness). Even before the coming of Prophet Mohammed, Jesus Christ, Gautama Buddha, Mahavira or even Lord Krishna... human beings lived their life governed by the impeccable doctrine of Dharma!

Dharma is that vital Elixir Vitae of the cosmic system in absence of which the cosmic system simply could not subsist! And what is Dharma? The simple definition of Dharma in Hinduism is... "Your right to do what is just and right and not what was destined". It is Dharma (righteousness) that sustains life on Mother Earth... be it human beings or lower forms of life!

The sacred Bhagavad Gita of Hinduism explains this definition of Dharma at its best. With the coming of Lord Krishna... precipitated the wisdom contained in sacred Bhagavad Gita of Hinduism... Dharma took a back seat! Now in the present scientific world... people had the wisdom of Bhagavad Gita to conduct their day-to-day affairs of life.

In present times we find adharma (lawlessness) dominating world scene! In such times... in the present Dark Age... the Kali Yuga people await coming of Bhagwan Kalki... a messiah of present times... an Avatar of present era (God manifest in human form). The coming of Bhagwan Kalki would result in re-establishing Dharma (righteousness) world over.
