Trinity
In Christianity
Trinity consists of God Almighty, Jesus the son of God and the Holy
Spirit (also termed Holy Ghost).
In Hinduism
the concept of trinity is varied! As per Hinduism scriptures God
Almighty is one... the Creator of the Cosmos is one... God Almighty
also termed Brahman, Parmatman, Karta is one yet people worship
three attributes of God Almighty.
Brahma... the
Creator is the first attribute of God Almighty. Vishnu... the second
attribute is considered as the maintainer... one who maintains the
whole cosmic system after it is created by Brahma! Shiva (aka Mahesh
in Hinduism) is the third attribute of God Almighty... the most
powerful one... considered destroyer... the ultimate maintainer
of the cosmic system!
Unless there
is death in the cosmic system... there can be no rebirths. It is
only when someone dies... rebirth occurs elsewhere! This is how
the cosmic system maintains itself and is self rotating! At any
given moment of time the sum total of the whole Cosmos must remain
zero. That is how God Almighty ordained the whole cosmic system
to be!
Lord Shiva is
the most worshiped attribute of God Almighty. The primary reason
why people worship Lord Shiva is... the fear of death! Unless death
was there... all would become immortal and that would lead to collapse
of the Cosmos.
