Vedas Hindu Revelations

Before the inception of any religion... before the coming of Mahavira, Gautama Buddha, Jesus Christ or Prophet Mohammed... humanity still survived the rigors of life... based on what? Even before coming of Lord Krishna... an Avatar of his era (god manifest in human form), came Hindu revelations termed Vedas in Hinduism.

Vedas are the first words of God invoked by mankind on Mother Earth. Vedas are direct revelations from god Almighty. In the initial stages of life when mankind was still in infancy... there existed no religion nor wisdom (termed jnana in Hinduism).

As the human brain matured... it invoked from god Almighty the wisdom of the ages termed revelations. Accomplished sages and saints of that era invoked the messages from God. As Lipi (the written word) had not yet evolved... the revelations were termed Vedas... the spoken word!

For many centuries rather millennia... the wisdom of the Vedas percolated down through the word of mouth... Vedas... spoken from the mouth! The moment Lipi (the written word) came into being... Vedas were composed and reduced to writing.

The foremost of all revelations are Rig Veda, Sama Veda, Yajur Veda and Atharva Veda! The four Vedas of Hinduism are voluminous in nature... incomprehensible by the masses! Came Lord Krishna and the gist of all four Vedas was reduced to Bhagavad Gita which is also termed Vedanta (end of Vedas).

As of present the Vedas are not much relevant as rituals carry no meaning in day-to-day life. In present times the wisdom contained in the Sacred Bhagavad Gita of Hinduism suffices. The follower of Bhagavad Gita becomes the knower of all... finally gains omniscience! The wisdom contained in the Sacred Bhagavad Gita of Hinduism is the end of all.

For a serious seeker of spirituality... the voice of our soul atman that seems to come from within our heart is the ultimate guide in the journey of life. Following the path of absolute truthfulness all human beings can hear the voice of our soul atman. Truthfully speaking... there is nothing like signs from god Almighty... it is just a ploy by filmmakers to exploit the masses!
