Connection between
Body and Mind

The connection between body and mind is simple, yet complex! No human being ever has an independent mind. The mind of the whole universe... the entire cosmos is one! It has two different compartments... the reservoir of mind plus and mind minus.

From the reservoir of mind plus flow all positive thoughts contained in the cosmos... from the reservoir of mind minus emanate all negative thoughts! At any given moment of time... every human being is the sum total of ones thoughts.

Human beings only have a brain that works as a receiving and transmitting station. Whatever our expose... positive or negative accordingly thoughts are invoked by us. Those with a sunny disposition and godly thinking think good most of the time.

Others dominated by ego and vice invoke negative thoughts all the time. The invocation of thought is the prerogative of every individual human being. None other can interfere in the working of one... the prime reason why destiny of human beings lay in our hands and not God Almighty!

The moment a soul atman... the spirit within starts on its cosmic journey... it needs manifesting a total of 8.4 million bodies to work out its karma... remove the dross impurities within! The moment human beings reached the 8.4 millionth manifestation... the liberated soul atman finally regained its original pure prime pristine primordial form.

Gaining enlightenment (kaivalya jnana) is the crux of human life. Only when human beings gained enlightenment and finally salvation (moksha) our soul atman liberated itself from cycle of birth and death forever... never otherwise! The human body is a sojourn for our soul atman... the spirit within!

Dreams truly are a means to release unwanted tensions in life. When things go astray... our soul atman prompts the body about the goal of life... this happens only in dreams! Intelligent human beings guided by dreams can follow the ordained journey dictated by our soul atman.

Those who do not follow suffer at the hands of fate. Why? The journey of life belongs to our soul atman... the spirit within and not the human form. It is our soul atman that has manifested the human form and is the absolute master and controller of the body.
