Understanding the whole concept of Heaven
(swarga - swarg)

Understanding the whole concept of Heaven? Heaven that is also called as Swarga in Hinduism is the stage when our atman the soul within waits for a suitable body for it to manifest again. This atman the soul within has a balance of positive merits due to which it remains in heaven (Swarga).

Any Atman the soul within that has a negative balance of merits is awarded hell, aka Naraka in Hinduism. Naraka (hell) is also the stage when our atman the soul within is in waiting for the next manifestation to occur.

Briefly, it can be stated, that if we have the balance of positive merits from zero to plus hundred we shall be awarded the stage of Heaven (Swarga) after our "Atman, The soul Within" has left the mortal frame. However if the balance of merits is between zero and minus hundred our atman the soul within shall be given a place in hell (Naraka).

Heaven (Swarga) and hell (Naraka) are interim stages in the cosmic Life cycle of our atman the soul within. The moment this atman the soul within gets matching parents on Mother Earth... it shall again manifest a body... the body can be that of a Human Being and also of an animal depending upon the balance of merits or demerits possessed by the Atman.

As stated clearly in the Bhagavad Gita... the foremost of all sacred Scriptures (the doctrine dictated by Lord Krishna to King Arjuna in the battlefield of Mahabharata between Pandavas and Kauravas... no atman the soul within can directly gain immortality from Heaven.

Lord Krishna is considered as an Avatar (a direct incarnation of God) in Hinduism. He descended on Mother Earth roughly 1000 years before Mahavira, 1077 years before Gautama Buddha, about 1500 years before Jesus Christ and about 1700 years before the advent of Prophet Mohammed.

He was the foremost of all preachers who descended on Mother Earth to pass on to Humanity the cosmic wisdom of the ages... the doctrine by Lord Krishna which his available in Bhagavad Gita contains everything, knowing which every Human Being on its cosmic journey (the journey being undertaken by our atman, the soul within) can gain enlightenment and finally salvation moksha!

Every Atman has to finally take the form of a Human Being to gain immortality... in other words salvation (moksha in Hinduism). There is no other path available to our atman the soul within. The form of a Human Being is the highest manifestation in the cosmic Life cycle of our atman the soul within.

Born as a Human Being is something that even gods desire... and what are gods... gods are those atmans (souls) in heaven that have almost reached the final stage in the cosmic Life cycle. They are just waiting to manifest the body of a Human Being before achieving salvation... Salvation as was achieved by Bhagwan Mahavira of Jainism, Gautama Buddha, Jesus Christ and finally Prophet Mohammed!

In the last about hundred and fifty years only two persons have gained enlightenment and they are Sri Ramakrishna Paramhansa and Maharishi Ramana.

Before wanting to go to Heaven: Must we not learn the definition of heaven!

None of these Man Gods directly gained enlightenment and finally immortality direct from Heaven (Swarga)... it was just not possible. They had to come down to the abode of Mother Earth and take the form of a Human Being before finally leaving for the cosmic abode of God... Baikuntha in Hinduism.

Immortality meaning and concept
Immortality ... a word framed by Lord and not coined by a Human Being has altogether a different meaning than we self centered understand! Who becomes immortal? One who after intense Meditation is able to live longer compared to a normal Human Being or one, who does not have to manifest a body again and again and rests in peace in Baikuntha (Abode of God totally different from Heaven).

God the Creator and Man Gods
Creator: "Brahman, the Creator" is one. Gods can be many. Brahman created the Universe and in it all Atmans (Souls). These Atmans manifest themselves in different forms to purify themselves. Once purified ... they attain Moksha (liberation). The purified Atmans have been accorded a status by the Society ... we call them God. Man Gods... are those Human Beings, those jivas who in their Life time have liberated themselves from the cycle of birth and death and have become immortal (amar). They are known as amar for they shall not manifest again.

Human Evolution and becoming Immortal
All these enlightened souls like Mahavira, Gautama Buddha, Jesus Christ and Prophet Mohammed had transcended life itself. They had become immortal in the true sense that they would not have to indulge again in manifesting life thereafter. Life had truly come full circle for these godly souls.

Letter to all mankind and Immortality
Understand the noble goal of "Atman" within you ... cause for all misery and fear vanishes. None can cause harm to any "Atman" being immortal. The "Atman" can not itself liberate to rejoin the "Lord" until it has cleansed itself (Karma is exhausted) through various manifested physical forms.

Humans Beings and becoming immortal
It is absolutely clear that no human being can directly either go to heaven or the kingdom of God. The domain of heaven and hell and also the kingdom of God is open for soul atmans only. In the physical manifest form of life as a human being or any other form... any wishful thinking of becoming an immortal does not exist in the cosmic system.
